Clean and comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed attention with water pooling from the limited design and a soap dish that was falling off. Breakfast was satisfactory, with homemade marmalade, but the room showed signs of wear.

Newly renovated, 3-star hotel with very knowledgeable staff and excellent wifi. A safe, a chair and a writing desk available in the double room...

The breakfast had a wide range of fresh food and drinks. This accommodation was in the central location to get around for sightseeing. I stayed here for a business trip and will choose the place for future trips.

The room was clean, which I appreciated. It's nice to have a tidy space to return to after a long day. The staff were pleasant and always available. I felt they were trying their best, even if the service could be a bit better organized. The hotel's location near the convention center was very convenient. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, with many people loitering around. It made me uncomfortable walking back late. I noticed a lot of homeless individuals near the hotel. Breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Simple muffins and bagels didn't quite cut it, especially early in the morning. There were also some noise disturbances from outside, which affected my sleep. The air conditioning in my room didn't work well, leaving it stuffy at times.

I was offered a room with exceptionally good views by the afternoon. The location was fantastic and easy - ease of access to Macy's.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, including cereals and yogurt.

I spent four nights here while attending a conference. The location was definitely a plus, being close to the convention center and just a short walk from the Reading Terminal Market. My room had some issues, it only faced the hallway, which felt a bit odd, and the breakfast options were very limited. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and eager to assist.

Honestly, the room was super clean, more than I expected! The staff, they were helpful, even held our bags when we arrived early.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, acceptable for what we got.

Good breakfast and good coffee.. Very close to the Reading Market.

The noise and hearing the neighbor's TV.. There's no comfortable room in the lobby

The place is very well located, the rooms are spacious, and it gives a feeling of cleanliness when you enter. It has additional services and a dining room in the underground where you can have breakfast more than good, included in the price. It is located near the center and a small, and always interesting, Chinatown. A few blocks from the bus terminal, downtown, subway station, and a wonderful market! In this last place you will find places to buy handmade products, many places for meals and general supplies. Excellent accommodation.

The Hall is small, and outside on the street some bums are lurking. But it's not dangerous by any means. Just poor people.

Consider checking in early to avoid possible late-night issues and ensure a smoother arrival experience.

Center, its biggest advantage. The room was decent but lacked facilities like USB ports. The neighborhood felt sketchy at times with noise disturbances during the night.

the location is excellent. in front of the convention center. it allowed me to enjoy all the time. the room is spacious although it is a bit strange not to have a place to hang the clothes in a conventional wardrobe.
